Family-run Morning Sun Eatery earned a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand last night, something they didn’t expect at all. Open since 1996, the eatery usually only cooks twice a day—but today, co-owner Lyn Mortera shares that they might replenish up to five times to keep up with demand. She tells us that their best-selling Dinakdakan sold out in less than an hour after they opened. When asked about other dishes worth trying, Lyn proudly tells us “Ensaladang Talong, Barbecue Liempo, and Kilawin!” Morning Sun
