You either have to subscribe directly with the provider (I don't know if that's an option with this specific provider) or subscribe to one of the streaming TV providers, such as YouTube TV, Fubo TV or Sling TV.

If the app loads, and allows you to authenticate (all NBCUniversal apps must use the same provider for authentication), but the app crashes when you go to play a video, you should reinstall the app.

Nov 11, 2020 · Thanks for the post. Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

This should get rid of that error, but if the channel insists on a tv provider account, you will just be prompted to sign in with your provider account.
