Apr 29, 2021 · In the end if i want to play Dwarf, Vampire, Norsca or Bretonnia i tend to go back to warhammer 1 i noticed. Don't really find those factions to be more enjoyable in the second game, less actually as there are way more factions around you to clean out which turns out often to be more of a chore than anything else.

Jan 29, 2023 · Yeah total war warhammer 2 is the best choice for a starter. That said if you want to play the Mortal Empires Campaign in TWW2 then you need to own TWW1(no need to own DLC as they are optional). The same can be said for the Immortal Empires Campaign in TWW3 you need both TWW1+2.

Dec 21, 2016 · Wood Elves. They are absolutely great in terms of flexibility. Tree Kin alone can withstand so much damage and fight off 3 stacks of melee infantry (even armor-piercing ones) which leaves you more room for more archery to whittle down the advancing army).

Jun 25, 2019 · The TW Warhammer is a 3 game series and content (factions) for each game carries over to the next. The biggest difference between 1 & 2 is magic and monsters are way more powerful in Warhammer 2. Warhammer 1 also has some mini campaigns for some factions. Warhammer 2 factions have a more complicated play styles.
