Oct 18, 2021 · - go to clownfish's site again and download the push2talk plugin - open the app and press the hotkey "F12" while clownfish is working - select voice effects and see if it's solved. no need for the push2talk app anymore. doing this solved it permanently for me. wanted to help out since it was frustrating for the last week solving this problem.

Right click your sound icon and open sound settings. Then click sound control panel. Click on recording at the top, then right click your mic. Then click properties.
