Two anemones that is OK for new Reefers to try and stay small enough are E. quadricolor (BTA bubble tipped anemone) in the picture you posted. This is one of the easiest anemone to keep.

At the time they were in a 58 with 2 dwarf angels. I added a 3 dwarf angel and the existing dwarfs didn't care, but the clowns went nuts.
