Two local duck hunters in North Carolina ended up discovering human remains during an outing earlier this week, police said.

Two duck hunters found human remains in the woods of Alexander County on Monday, according to the sheriff’s office. The remains were located on Monday, Jan. 13, around 6 p.m. in a wooded area around Highway 16 North in Taylorsville.
