A fugitive accused of executing his pregnant girlfriend in cold blood before torching his getaway car has been captured after nearly four years on the run, authorities announced on Wednesday, March 12.

Police say Justin Smith, wanted in the 2021 murder of Dianna Brice in Philadelphia, was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia.

Justin Smith, 26, was sought for the murder of Diana Brice, a 21-year-old pregnant woman who was found shot to death at a home in Southwest Philadelphia in March 2021.

Smith was charged in 2021 with the murder of his 21-year-old pregnant girlfriend in Philadelphia, federal agents said. He was captured March 8 in Atlanta.
