A spinoff of “The Neighborhood” starring Marcel Spears and Sheaun McKinney is in the works at CBS, Variety has confirmed. The multi-cam series, should it move forward, will follow their characters Marty and Malcolm Butler as they venture out of their parents’ home and migrate from Pasadena to Venice Beach.

The upcoming Season 7 finale of The Neighborhood will serve as a planted spinoff headlined by Marcel Spears and Sheaun McKinney as Marty & Malcolm.
