City Edition uniforms. They come out every year. The Phoenix Suns dropped their new threads yesterday, and we already knew what it was going to look like. A smash-up between the 1975 and 1995 All-Star Game (no love for 2009?

The Phoenix Suns revealed their 2024-25 City Edition jerseys that call back to the Valley's hosting of the 1994-95 NBA All-Star Game.

"PayPal, the Sun’s official jersey partner since 2018, is displayed on the City Edition jersey in addition to all 2024-25 Suns jerseys, featuring the company’s new logo. PayPal will introduce new advertisements and fan activations throughout the arena to share all the ways PayPal users can pay.

The new uniforms, unveiled Thursday, hearken back to the look of the uniforms designed for the 1995 NBA All-Star Game in Phoenix, including design elements such as a tribal step pattern on the side panels, a cactus logo belt buckle and black, orange and green trim.

The uniforms combine ties to the respective organizations' history and their city culture. The Suns' uniform combines traces of the designs from the 1975 and 1995 All-Star Game uniforms, which were revealed in a montage video by the team on X (formerly Twitter).

Inspired by the 1995 NBA All-Star game, the Phoenix Suns unveiled their 2024-25 City Edition uniforms on Nov. 14.

During several home games, the Suns will celebrate the history of NBA All-Star in Phoenix and the upcoming 2027 NBA All-Star Game. A matching City Edition court with modernized gecko decals from the 1995 NBA All-Star court will also be unveiled later this year.

The Phoenix Suns announced their City jerseys for the 2024-2025 season. As suspected, it’s the same as the one that leaked a few months ago. The design pays homage to the 30th anniversary of the 1995 All-Star game in Phoenix.
