Jenna Bush Hager and Hoda Kotb announced how Today will revamp the fourth hour following Hoda’s retirement in January.

While Bush Hager said Kotb’s exit will certainly be “bittersweet,” she seemed optimistic about the next phase for the 10 a.m.
