The open house for the Deseret Peak Utah Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will begin in September in Tooele ahead of its dedication on Nov. 10.
Church officials announced that the Deseret Peak Utah Temple will have an open house September 26-October 19, 2024. Sundays and October 5, the open house will be closed in that window.
The following January, church officials announced the new and current location of the project, which was being renamed to the Deseret Peak Utah Temple, at 2400 N. 400 West in Tooele.
