By Ju-min Park and Jack Kim SEOUL (Reuters) -K-pop supergroup BTS members RM and V were discharged from the South Korean military on Tuesday after mandatory service, as fans were counting down to the band's comeback with more members finishing their national duty later this month.

V posted photos with actor Song Kang and director Park Chan-wook, making fans wonder if he’s planning a new acting project. RM also shared pictures to mark his return.

The two artists enlisted in December 2023, with RM serving in the Army's military band and V assigned to a special mission unit under the military police. Their discharge follows that of Jin and J-Hope, who completed their service in June and October last year, respectively.
