The Palisades, Eaton, Kenneth and Hurst fires burning in Southern California have destroyed more than 12,000 structures.
At least eight people have died in the fire. Sheriff's officials say they plan to begin a grid search Saturday, going structure to structure to assess damage and search for additional victims.
