Ozzy Osbourne, the Black Sabbath frontman and solo star who helped pioneer the follow-around reality TV craze with MTV's 'The Osbournes,' died July 22 at 76.

Grammy-winning rocker Ozzy Osbourne has died at 76, weeks after reuniting with Black Sabbath for a final show in England.

The statement was signed by wife Sharon Osbourne and their children Jack, Kelly, Aimee, as well as son Louis Osbourne, whom he shared with ex-wife Thelma Riley. Osbourne had been married to Sharon Osbourne since 1982, and they share three children. The musician also shared multiple children with Riley, to whom he was married from 1971 to 1982.
