Des Moines police are asking for the public's help locating a wanted felon. William Douglas Wambsgans, 47, is wanted by authorities. Police say Wambsgans is wanted for second-degree burglary, first-degree harassment and a parole violation. He is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs about 260 pounds, according to police.
