Molson Coors is investing 71 million pounds ($88 million) in Fevertree Drinks in a deal giving the beer giant exclusive rights to market the UK firm's cocktail mixers, tonic water and ginger beers in the United States.

US brewing giant Molson Coors is set to acquire an 8.5% stake in Fevertree for £71m ($88.29m) in cash, as a part of a strategic partnership.

Molson Coors Beverage Company has announced a strategic partnership with Fever-Tree in the US, aiming to fuel its premiumisation and ‘Beyond Beer’ strategies. Through the deal, Molson Coors will assume exclusive commercialisation rights to Fever-Tree’s range of tonics, ginger beers, cocktail mixers and more in the US, starting from 1 February 2025.

Molson Coors Beverage has partnered with Fever-Tree Drinks plc to expand its U.S. non-alcoholic drink portfolio. Starting February 1, 2025, Molson Coors will handle the marketing and distribution of Fever-Tree's premium mixers.

The London-listed mixer-maker said Molson Coors would acquire an 8.5% shareholding in Fevertree.
