Elton John and Brandi Carlile officially announced a long-rumored collaborative album, 'Who Believes in Angels?,' with the title track out now.

Dylan’s “Three Angels” is one of his oddest songs. It’s a calmly recited scenario, set to gospel-tinged organ, that envisions angels making music as an unnoticed backdrop to mundane events.

"It’s a radical act to seek out joyful and euphoric happenings. And that is what this album represents to me," Carlile says.
