Many celebrity children hang back from the limelight for a time, often at their parents' behest. Sooner or later though, the red carpet comes calling.

Plaques for legendary blues artists were stolen from the Oakland Blues Walk of Fame this week, creating nearly $150,000 in damages.

Approximately 40 historic plaques were ripped out of the sidewalk in an Oakland neighborhood known for its blues scene.
