Hudson, who will perform a song from her recently released holiday album “The Gift of Love,” made her Broadway debut in the 2015 revival of “The Color Purple.” She won a Tony for co-producing 2022’s “A Strange Loop,” and will serve as co-producer on the upcoming Main Stem bow of “Smash.”

Actor and singer Jennifer Hudson, pop star Kylie Minogue, and Broadway icon Billy Porter will headline the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in Manhattan this year, performing in front of Macy’s flagship store at Herald Square on Nov.

The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade has added some of the world’s biggest music and entertainment stars to the lineup, including Jennifer Hudson, Kylie Minogue, and Billy Porter. Cynthia Erivo and Cole Escola are also set to appear.
