SALT LAKE CITY — Utah hired Dallas Mavericks assistant coach Alex Jensen to be its men’s basketball coach on Thursday.
According to ESPN’s Pete Thamel, assistant coach Alex Jensen has accepted the job to become the next Utah Utes men’s basketball head coach. Utah fired Craig Smith, who was was in his fourth season in charge of the program, last month. He was 65-62.
