NBA fans were hit with a surprise yesterday when Shams Charania announced that Andre Jackson Jr. would be participating in the 2025 Dunk Contest. For Bucks fans, though, this announcement came as anything but a surprise.

An Amsterdam native and Albany Academy graduate, Andre Jackson Jr. played for UConn before joining the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks.

The San Antonio Spurs took Castle with the No. 4 pick in the 2024 NBA draft out of UConn. Castle was the Big East freshman of the year as the Huskies won the national championship.
