Most of the instructions I've come across indicate that the sysprep tools will be in a cab file, but microsoft distributes the 2003 sp2 sysprep tools as an exe.<BR><BR>What do you suggest?

How are you running sysprep? Are you running it via command prompt, a script, or the sysprep tool? Also, are you running sysprep with an answer file?
