Ben & Jerry’s has sued its parent company Unilever, accusing it of silencing the ice-cream maker from making statements in support of Palestinians in the Gaza war.

Ben & Jerry’s has sued its parent company, Unilever, claiming they have been censored from “publicly voicing support for peace and refugee rights,” in particular their support for Palestinian refugees.

Ben and Jerry's has accused their parent company, Unilever, of violating the conditions of a settlement agreement from 2022 and "censoring" the company.
