The dividend announcement was made along with its third quarter results. The stock closed 1.57% lower on Thursday at ₹4,044.

Results: TCS posted Q3FY25 profit at Rs 12,380 crore and revenue grew by 5.60 per cent on-year. The IT major also announced an interim dividend of Rs 10 and a special dividend of Rs 66 per Equity Share of Rs 1 each of the company.
