A woman was killed in a shooting in Norfolk on Monday morning and a 5-year-old child connected to the case is considered missing.

Two Las Vegas YouTubers had an online rivalry before one of them allegedly shot and killed the other, a police report says.

"Preliminary accounts indicate reckless behavior with a firearm was involved on the part of the suspect," police said.

Five people were shot — three of them fatally — at an annual carnival outside Salt Lake City, Utah, authorities said. One of those killed was an infant, police said.

The man allegedly fired a handgun from the backseat of the vehicle in the direction of the driver during the ride.
