Pakistan captain Mohammad Rizwan admitted his team's campaign is over after their six-wicket defeat to India. Rizwan attributed their loss to poor performance in all departments, especially their failure to set a competitive target and also their lackluster fielding during crucial moments.

In the post-match press conference, Mohammad Rizwan accepted that Pakistan's journey in the tournament is as good as over. On Sunday, Pakistan slumped to back-to-back losses after India beat them by six wickets.
