A federal judge in Louisiana has scheduled a hearing next month over a “strong suspicion” that the Trump administration deported a 2-year-old U.S. citizen “with no meaningful process.”

The U.S. Marshals Service confirmed Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested at about 8 a.m. at the Milwaukee County Courthouse.

Federal authorities arrested Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan on Friday morning on felony obstruction charges for allegedly helping an undocumented immigrant avoid arrest by ICE agents on April 18.
