District 1, joins CNN’s Kyung Lah to discuss the arrest of Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan, who was charged in a federal court for allegedly helping an undocumented immigrant avoid arrest.

Dugan previously worked for legal aid organizations and was once the Milwaukee Bar Association president. An alderman who knows her says she's the "model of public service."

Hannah Dugan, the Milwaukee County judge arrested Friday by the FBI for allegedly obstructing federal authorities who were seeking to detain an undocumented immigrant, was a longtime social justice advocate before she took the bench.
