Unlike its predecessors, Windows Explorer does not display buttons to Copy, Paste or Delete files and folders in the Explorer command bar although you can access these options from the Organize menu.

The biggest shortcoming in Gmail's user interface is that damnable dropdown menu item to delete messages. I don't know about you, but I delete messages a LOT and I need a convenient button to do so.
