"You could hardly get through the street, because of all of the vehicles and support help and trucks and already beginning to remove debris and people on roofs," the mayor said.

Severe storms wreaked havoc in Owasso, causing a 10-mile path of destruction and damaging homes and power lines, but no injuries were reported.
