ATLANTA - The City of Atlanta lost a legend. Civil rights activist Rev. Fred D. Taylor has died, according to the Atlanta City Council. Rev. Taylor was born in Prattville, Alabama in 1942.
Fred Allen Taylor, 86, of Rising Sun passed away March 9, 2025 at Envive Care Center, Lawrenceburg. He was born in Grant County, Kentucky on January 16, 1939, the son of Rev. Forest and Viola Taylor.
