We're starting to get a clearer picture of how the New York Jets will look to fill their coordinator vacancies. On Tuesday, NFL insider Josina Anderson revealed names to keep an eye on as the Jets look for offensive and defensive coordinators to work under new head coach Aaron Glenn.

Aaron Glenn has been hired as the top man on the Jets’ sideline. In due time, he will start assembling his coaching staff. Among those assistants, the top ones watched are the coordinators. As it relates to the offense, Los Angeles Rams tight end coach and passing game coordinator Nick Caley is the name to watch.

Caley may be the better overall fit for New York, but he's also more coveted than Engstrand which means he may not even come to the Jets in the first place. In that regard, Gang Green fans shouldn't be discouraged if they end up with the Lions quarterback coach. The 42-year-old is still a strong candidate for the role.
