These US airports rank highest for customer satisfaction
The airport experience can vary from one location to the next. These are the mega airports that J.D. Power found scored the highest for overall customer satisfaction.

Cleveland Hopkins, with a score of 580 out of 1,000, finished 15th out of 15 medium-sized airports, with annual passengers between 4.5 million and 9.9 million.
