The Northern Ireland fashion designer Jonathan Anderson is the new artistic director of Dior menswear. Anderson, who is from Magherafelt, County Londonderry, stepped down as the creative director of Spanish luxury fashion house Loewe after 11 years back in March.

It took a minute to confirm, but the news is now officially official: Jonathan Anderson will step into the creative director role at Dior men’s, succeeding Kim Jones.

Jonathan Anderson has been named artistic director of Christian Dior Couture men’s collections, according to a press release Thursday. The announcement came shortly after LVMH CEO Bernard Arnault said Anderson will design the next Christian Dior men’s show in Paris on June 27.
