Black Friday deals have gone, Google has announced exactly which products are about to have their prices cut, and by how much.

Rumors claim Google has started prototyping its "Pixel Tablet 2," which reportedly features a design close to the original. Google has supposedly started prototyping its official "keyboard cover" accessory. The company was rumored to have a keyboard and accessory in the works; however, nothing ever happened due to alleged "quality issues."

The Pixel 9 Pro is powered by the new Google Tensor G4 SoC, an upgrade from the Tensor G3 in the Pixel 8 series. It has 1x Cortex-X4 @ 3.1GHz; 3x Cortex-A720 @ 2.6GHz; and 4x Cortex-A520 @ 1.92GHz with Mali-G715 MP7 GPU and also has Titan M2 security chip. This still uses Samsung’s 4nm process tech.

Google has been circling around dropping the Pixel 9 price with surprise vouchers and enhanced trade-in prices in recent weeks. But the company has finally, officially, slashed the price of its flagship phone in an early Black Friday sale.

It's also worth noting that both the Pixel 9 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro have a retail price of $999. However, Google often offers discounts on the Pixel 9 Pro, such as up to $150 off for Google One members or 30% off for Play Points members. In contrast, Apple rarely provides promotions on the iPhone 16 Pro.

Those pre-Black Friday deals on the Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro Fold were fun, but as we mentioned at the time of those going live, many of us were really waiting to see what Google would do with the regular Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL for Black Friday weekend.
