Apple has introduced Liquid Glass in its upcoming iOS 26 update. Liquid Glass provides a "see-through" visual of a glassy surface throughout iOS 26's interface. The liquid part comes into play with how the see-through visuals adapt to the screen depending on what the user is doing.
What I’m getting at is that the main features of watchOS 26 are the design and name. Apple Watch will get the same Liquid Glass design as the iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Vision Pro.
Apple's WWDC 2025 kicks off at 1 p.m. ET with a keynote featuring Tim Cook, who is expected to detail the new iOS update and other new products.
