In Sevastopol, during a special operation by the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU), the head of the 41st Brigade of Missile Ships and Boats of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, Valery Trankovsky, was eliminated.

A vehicle exploded in the Russian-occupied city of Sevastopol, Crimea, on the morning of 13 November. Russian-appointed governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhayev has said that one soldier who was in the car at the time of the explosion was killed.
