President Trump on Saturday said the Justice Department’s (DOJ) latest case against Kilmar Abrego Garcia — the man mistakenly deported to El Salvador earlier this year amid Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration — should be “very easy” for prosecutors.

Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, the man at the center of a political and legal maelstrom after he was mistakenly deported to El Salvador, was being heldin a Tennessee jail after being flown back to the United States on Friday to face new charges of transporting undocumented migrants.

Federal Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes in Nashville, Tennessee, determined that Abrego Garcia will be held in custody until at least next Friday.
