As search and recovery efforts continue in the Texas Hill Country following the devastating flooding on July 4, the United Cajun Navy has again answered the call to help.

The body of a 22-year-old Texas college student who went missing following the tragic July 4 flooding that claimed the lives of his high school sweetheart and two friends has been found.

The Marble Falls Area Volunteer Fire Department has announced the "End of Watch" for missing fire chief Michael Phillips. He was last seen when responding to a call for service during the deadly July 4th floods.

A large percentage of people still unaccounted for were probably visiting the area, Kerr County Judge Rob Kelly said.
