Out June 27, “Virgin” is described by Lorde as “100% written in blood.” These details, along with the cover art of the LP, were shared on Lorde’s website on Wednesday morning. The album artwork is a blue-tinted x-ray of a pelvis with a zipper going down the middle, a belt buckle in the center and the outline of an IUD.

The album, a follow-up to 2021's "Solar Power," is due out June 27 and is available for preorder now. The album's cover, which Lorde shared on Instagram, shows an X-ray of a pelvis with what appears to be a belt buckle, an IUD, and the button and zipper on a pair of jeans.
