The stunning flood that killed more than two dozen campers and counselors along a river at Camp Mystic in the Texas Hill Country was the result of extraordinary rain and walls of water. The number of dead from the devastating floods across central Texas surpassed 100 as dozens of people remain missing. In Kerr County, at least 84 people died, including 28 children, according to officials.
