First Alert: Hit and miss rain today and tomorrow
Tracking the Tropics: Rafael will weaken into a “remnant low” tonight or tomorrow; this means its basically a weak area of low pressure with no real tropical characteristics. Some of its leftover moisture could help with rain chances by midweek, but it will pose no threat of dangerous weather to any part of the United States.
