Pittsburgh Penguins forward Evgeni Malkin had his home broken into and burglarized over the weekend and his three Stanley Cup championship rings are missing. The Penguins say they're working with local police as well as team security officials and that Malkin has requested his privacy during what the team called an ongoing investigation.

Pittsburgh Penguins star Evgeni Malkin's house was burglarized over the weekend, and the three-time All-Star's trio of Stanley Cup championship rings were stolen, according to Jennifer Borrasso of KDKA-TV. The Penguins in a statement confirmed that Malkin's Sewickley Heights residence was burglarized.
