Big changes are coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Disney has filed a notice to start demolition work in DinoLand U.S.A. as part of a major overhaul. Closures begin Jan. 13, with the TriceraTop Spin and Fossil Fun Games set to be shut down first.

The clock is ticking for fans of Disney’s Dinoland USA. Much like the dinosaurs themselves, this part of Disney’s Animal Kingdom will soon be going extinct.

Ahead of the land’s closure and reimagining, Disney has removed the final real animals from DinoLand U.S.A. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. DinoLand Animals Move Out The Abdim’s Storks and Asian Brown Tortoise are gone from their enclosures.
