Ryan Seacrest is in his 20th year hosting “Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve” from Times Square in New York City. Seacrest will be joined in the countdown to midnight by Rita Ora while Dayanara Torres will co-host from Puerto Rico. “Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve” starts at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, on ABC.
