The veteran guard has the unenviable task of trying to figure out how to slot into a rotation that boasts Stephen Curry and Draymond Green. That task has been made even harder by joining the franchise with the season in full swing.

The Warriors are thrilled about acquiring Dennis Schroder. But so is Schroder's family now that he's playing alongside Stephen Curry.

The Brooklyn Nets are picking up the pieces after the team traded Dennis Schroder to the Golden State Warriors earlier this month. Since the trade, the Nets are 1-3 and have yet to score more than 101 points in a game.

On Saturday, Dec. 21, Dennis Schroder made his debut for the Golden State Warriors. The veteran guard was part of Steve Kerr's starting five, logging 27 minutes of playing time and scoring 9 points on 3-of-8 shooting from the field. While it wasn't Schroder's best performance, having him on the court was another step forward for the franchise.
