The fatal crash near Conifer involved two passenger vehicles and a delivery truck, according to the Elk Creek Fire Department.

One person is dead and three others are seriously injured after a crash that shut down a major roadway in the Merrimack Valley.

According to investigators, the man was driving westbound on the highway near Evergreen Road at a high speed when he lost control of the motorcycle and hit a concrete wall.

A man was killed Friday afternoon after crashing a stolen motorcycle in northeast Grand Prairie, police said. An officer tried to pull a motorcycle over about 4 p.m. after noticing that the Harley-Davidson didn't have a license plate.

The rider was pronounced dead on the scene and there were no other injuries or vehicles involved in the crash, authorities said.
