Charles Hutton, 24, allegedly brandished a large, machete-style knife in the parking lot of a Sheetz, was stabbing the ground with it and removing his clothes.

Multiple people told police that the man was stabbing the machete-style knife into the ground, taking off his clothes and charging at bystanders.

"Multiple witnesses reported that the male was yelling while holding the knife, stabbing the ground with the knife, and taking off his clothes."
