Arsenal kicked off pre-season with a dominant 1–0 victory over Milan in Singapore courtesy of Bukayo Saka’s second-half strike.

Former Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino has found his next club. The Brazilian has completed a move from Saudi Pro League outfit Al-Ahli to Qatar’s Al-Sadd. He hit 111 goals and 76 assists in 362 competitive appearances across his eight years on Merseyside before moving to the Middle East in 2023.

Arsenal begin their 2025-26 preseason in search of a trophy-winning formula, with Mikel Arteta aiming to go one better after three consecutive Premier League campaigns where the club finished second in the table. They take on AC Milan in the Singapore Festival of Football, and face Newcastle United later in the week too.
