Rusia is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Skarszewy, within Starogard County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres north-west of Skarszewy, 16 km north-west of Starogard Gdański, and 34 km south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
